Kick-off event in the City Hall of Albacete

Today we had our kick-off event for the project in the Plenary Hall of the City Hall chaired by the Mayor of Albacete, Mr. Manuel Serrano, and the Councillor for European Affairs, Ms. Lucrecia Rodríguez de Vera. Also at the presidential table was the director of our school, Mr. José Félix Lara. It has been very exciting to see our students Elena Alarcón, Vera Argandoña and Lucía Sánchez explain in such detail the whole process of Camino Europa 2024 since its origin. 

Sincerely, we have seen the strength with which our students are living this project that will make visible one of the fundamental axes of the EU: unity in diversity. Our status as an Ambassador School of the European Parliament has allowed us to live with great intensity all the preparations and now, our children are looking forward to meeting their Portuguese, Bulgarian, Romanian and German partners to share these days of effort, but also of fun.

The city's media have echoed the event and many citizens have been able to receive information about this project that we are carrying out with so much care.
